2010 Photo Awards Exhibition

(9-17 June) 

A new chapter of the Town of Victoria Park’s photographic history was on public display from Wednesday 9 June – Friday 17 June at The Park Centre, Albany Highway, East Victoria Park.

The exhibition has now moved to the Town of Victoria Park Library until Friday 9 July. All the photos in the exhibition were entries submitted to the Local History Collection 2010 Photo Awards to be enjoyed out in the public arena before being catalogued and safely archived in the Town of Victoria Park’s local history collection for posterity.

BOOKS ON CASSETTE
Not in Stock

Effective 1 July 2010 the Library will no longer stock spoken word cassettes. The decision has been made to remove the cassette collection due to its age and the lack of availability of new titles.

The spoken word CD collection will continue to be added to. Currently there are nearly 1,700 spoken word CDs in stock. If you are unable to find the title you are after please don’t hesitate to ask Library staff if it is available on inter library loan through the state-wide public library network
