AQUALIFE SWIM SCHOOL 

The Aqualife Swim School offers a new and innovative experience for all the family.  Catering for children from 4 months through to adults, the Aqualife Swim School is Perth's Premier Swim School.   We hold lessons all year round, Monday through to Sunday.  Term swimming is offered during the school terms and one lesson per week over a period of 9-11 weeks.   Swim levels range from infant beginners through to Aqualife 7 (Squad Introduction) and Adults. Holiday programs are offered during all school holiday breaks for ages 3+.

Term 4, 2010
> Term 4, 2010 will run from Monday 11 October to Sunday 19 December 2010
> 10 week Term = $120 per participant
> Rollover (same day, class & time) are open from Monday 6 September to Saturday 12 September
> Re-enrolments (different day, class or time) are open from Monday 13 September onwards
> New enrolments are open from Monday 20 September onwards

> Employs only AUSTSWIM qualified teachers
> Is registered as an AUSTSWIM swim school
> Is registered with Swim Australia
> Has adopted levels which are designed for maximum development of skills
> Offers small class sizes for maximum learning

HOW CAN I ENROL?
Enrolments can be made in person or via the phone. Full payment MUST be made when booking a course. Please choose your classes carefully we do not offer make up classes, credits or refunds. Enrolments will be taken from the Monday after  8.30am.    

In person
1.  Complete our Aqualife  Swim  SchoolEnrolment Form (please find form attached on the right)
2.  Discuss availability of classes with our swim school staff
3.  Enrol in class
4.  Full payment must be made when booking your course
5.  Please note the Terms and conditions of enrolment
6.  Collect your membership card at time of enrolment
7.  Please check that day, time and type of class are correct before you leave the centre

By phone
1.  Discuss availability of courses with our swim school staff
2.  Enrol in class
3.  Full payment MUST be made on the phone with current valid credit card
4. Please note the Terms and conditions of enrolment
5.  Aqualife Swim School Enrolment form must be completed (it can be downloaded or posted if requested)
6.  Complete and sign enrolment form and return it to the centre before the commencement of your course
7.  Please confirm details of day, time and type of class is correct before you hang up
8.  Membership card will be mailed to you

Please note: people attending the centre to enrol will be served before phone enrolments. Swim School staff will endeavour to return calls in regards to enrolments as soon as possible. 

Swim School Opening Hours
Monday - Friday           8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday                        8.30am - 1pm (during first 3 and last 3 weeks of term)
