The Town has a variety of parks and reserves suitable for a wide range of activities.  From active reserves catering for sports such as  soccer, football, hockey or cricket, to beautiful passive reserves suitable for family picnics, barbeques, events or weddings, the Town has something for everyone. 

Free barbecue facilities are available at GO Edwards Park , Burswood Road and Burswood Park, Resort Drive, Burswood, McCallum Park, Taylor Street and Raphael Park, Gloucester Street in Victoria Park, Harold Rossiter Reserve, Kent Street, Fraser Park, Hampshire Street,  Higgins Park, Playfield Street, in East Victoria Park, Carlisle Reserve, Cohn Street and Parnham Park,Star Street in Carlisle.
