Comments Invited Town Planning Scheme No 1 Amendment No 48 Get Involved in Bringing the Town Centre Vision to Reality A Masterplan for the Town Centre was developed by Hocking Planning and Architecture in 2000. Since that time the Town has been in discussions with Hawaiian (the owners of the Park Shopping Centre) to progress the objectives of the plan. In 2007 the Town and Hawaiian signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the development of a Structure Plan for the area. We are now seeking your input into the process. To assist you in participating in this important plan we have placed attachments (refer column on the right) such as: a copy of the 2000 study; and extract from the minutes of a Council meeting dealing with this issue and a questionnaire. Please review the attachments and complete the questionnaire. By completing the questionnaire you will be placed on a data base allowing us to keep you informed and, if necessary, you will be invited to a workshop/s as the project progresses.
